| Comment: The PNE represents a bridge line running from Harrisburg to Boston. It runs from a connection with PRR northeastward o\along the Blue Mts., thru NJ, NY and over the Poughkeepsie Bridge to Boston with a connection with B&M and eventually Maine Central and Bangor and Aroostock. The PNE had yards in Rockville, Kertville, Pen Argyl, Springfield and Boston. PNE runs several types of trains, short and long haul passenger, thru and local freight and some unit trains. There is interchange trains from Reading and WM.
